I have two SP200 solar panels plugged into my Bluetti 2000W. One pannel is putting out 22.50 dc volts the other is not. I called bluetti customer support but they dont call back. I paid over $400 for each of these pannels and only got 12 days total of use of these over a 2 year peroid. I would think these pannels would last longer. Can anyone help me with repairing these?
Hi @Rudy, Due to the high volume of calls, there may be times when our phone lines are busy and unable to connect. Typically, phone support will complete a callback within one day.
Regarding the solar panel issue, the SP200 has a 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, this may differ from what you expected, but over time, solar panels do experience wear and aging.
We recommend checking the connection cables first. If it’s just a cable issue, that would be much easier to resolve.
