Has anyone in Europe received the SolarX 4K Charge Controller? I ordered 3 SolarX 4K via Indiegogo (#62, #804) and so far only the SolarX 4K single unit charging cable has arrived.
@Claus1 I’m in the states but my issue was the opposite…ordered and received the SolarX 4K but STILL not received the all important DC Output cord with the 3 XT60 plugs on it. Without that, the system is useless. Supposedly it’s arriving in a couple of weeks. Wasted a month now waiting, and also waiting for the big heavy connection cord that goes from the Apex to the Home Integration kit. Bluetti has really dropped the ball on delivery of the most important accessories of this otherwise great system. Good luck to us all.

I recently purchased a SolarX 4K to connect it to 2 apex 300 with extra B300 batteries
After mounting the SolarX it gives me error S013 charging mode error, could you help me solve it?
I’m using the P090D cable and everything works fine. Did you upgrade the SolarX 4K firmware? Maybe this video helps: www.youtube.com/watch?v=juhnR0cazYE

Good morning, thank you very much for answering, today I woke up and connected it again and it seems that it is going well, it is possible that yesterday when I connected them there was not much sun enough to activated
