Solars 4K issues

I have the same issue that someone else had with SolarX 4K and AC300. I believe it needs some update direct from Bluetti. Everything is up to date as far as I can do, but will only charge battery when it’s disconnected from the AC300.

So far no answer from Bluetti.

@BLUETTI_CARE can you find out what’s going on ??

Hi @Ulls, we would like more information about the issue. Could you let us know how you connected these devices? Have you already contacted our support team? If so, please tell us your service ticket number.
We also need the SN codes and current firmware versions of your AC300 and SolarX 4K.

I will double check the connection layout and reply later today.

To clarify now what connections I have tried:

SolarX 4K > B300 > AC300
SolarX 4K > B300K > AC300
SolarX 4K > B500K > AC300

Have also tried AC300 split over B300 and B300K and SolarX 4K plugged into B300 and vice versa…

All attempts give < 0.2A and < 40W

SolarX 4K plugged into any of the batteries by themselves (ie. not connected to AC300) works at full capacity of the solar plugged into it.
