Hi ive got a Bluetti official refurbished EB3A bought 2 weeks ago from their ebay store . Ive uploaded the latest firmware through the app
ARM v2063.03
DSP v2052.11
After doing that the charge on the display went from 83% to 32% immediately !
It wont take charge fron a brand new 100 w solar panel just flashes the input logo and says no 0 on the input wattage
It charges fine from from a socket . Any ideas please

When you receive the battery, please do a full cycle of charge and discharge. When you do the full cycle of charge and discharge, please ignore the SOC. Please completely drain the battery until it automatically shuts down, and then charge it with AC until it is fully charged and automatically shuts down.
- Please make sure the open circuit voltage of the solar panel is 12-28V and it is put under full sunshine.
- Change the solar charging cable to test.
I will do that and see if it takes solar charging .
Is my firmware up to date as in the original post?
Will i need a new firmware update after reading quite a few other posts on the same thing happening ?
