Solar charging on EB3A

Hi , my EB3A will not charge via solar input , my EB55 does not have a problem ?

  1. What is the VOC of the solar panel? Is the connection cable plugged in properly?
  2. Is the car charging can be used normally?
  3. If the car charging can be used, that is, there is no problem with the machine. It may be the solar connection cable or the panel problem, please double check.
