SOC Problems with Bluetti AC500 and 6 B300K

Hi there,

We are experiencing an issue with our AC500 system. It seems the State of Charge (SOC) for the connected 6 B300K batteries is being displayed inaccurately. For instance, we receive a low battery reminder at 20%, but then within a few minutes, it drops to 10% and eventually to 5%, leading to the system shutting down. This has become a recurring problem over the past couple of months and is causing us some trouble.

Just last night, we encountered this issue again (See screenshot ). Before going to bed, the SOC was showing around 50%, but clearly, that wasn’t accurate. At this time of the year, we’re generating only about 2-3 kWh of solar energy per day, and our battery draw is minimal, a constant 100-200W. I’m aware that Battery Management Systems often struggle with LiFePO4 SOC accuracy when discharging at a low rate, but I believe it should be performing better than it currently is.

I’ve already tried cycling the batteries from 0% to 100% multiple times, but the issue persists. Any advice or assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
