Smart Home Panel vs. Home integration kit

I have two AC300’s running in split phase with one B300 and 2 B300K’s. I bought the Smart Home Panel when it was originally offered. Last year I had 5 different electricians come out to try to get my smart home panel installed but none of them wanted to tackle the job due to the poor documentation provided with the smart panel and/or not knowing exactly how it gets installed correctly. I am wondering if the new “Home integration kit” is a simpler installation that is maybe a more standard installation that electricians will be able to install or do you think I would have the same problem as I have been having getting the smart home panel installed? I really want to get a way to have my well pump, internet connection a few light plugs and fridge on backup when the power goes out without having to run extension cords Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@konamonster86 We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Using the home integration kit sold on the official BLUETTI website (AC300 Smart Home Control Panel | Smart Home Automation Systems) does make the connection process easier, but professional installation by an electrician is still required.

Hi I will be having an electrician do the install but none in my area want to do it because the smart home panel is confusing to them and the documentation is poor. I am wndering if the newer “home integration kit” is just as difficult for electricians to install?
