SLOE shipping

Is their customer service good? They say they ship within two days of ordering im going on 6 days now. When you reach out to customer service to ask why they have not shipped the product you paid for. You get a generic response. They sent me an email with a survey before they ship the product. So far they are at 1 star level. No response or updates on shipping. Tomorrow will be day 6 still no updates. Do they have real people there or just chat bots. How can you get them to respond?
