Single Apex 300 to 30-amp generator inlet

Hello,

First question:
I would like to use a single Apex 300 as a home backup system. I already have a 30-amp inlet wired into my panel with an interlock. It looks like Bluetti has a 50-amp receptacle. Am I able to use an L14-50P to L14-30R adaptor from the Apex 300 to my 30-amp inlet and have everything work properly at 240v with split phase power?

I am aware that I will be limited in the amount of watts and won’t be able to run everything - I just all circuits on both legs of my panel to have power.

Second question:
Using the configuration above, am I able to simultaneously use the Apex 300 at 240v and also charge it via AC power using a generator at 120v?
