Hello I have a 20204 Thor Tranquility 19P motorcoach on a 2023 MB Sprinter 2500 chasis. I bought the Bluetti AC 200L thinking that I could connect its 30amp AC outlet directly into my camper’s 30amp shore power inlet. I see that power is going into my camper because the shore power light is “blue/on.” But I get an error message inside my campers BMPro app “Shore Power Fault! The power cord has been connected to a faulty power source. Power will not be restored until connected to a properly working source.”
I have no issues connecting to my home AC outlet using a dogbone adaper that converts my home 15amp to 30amp and no issues connecting to a campground shore power.
What I’ve tried
- Tried connecting directly from AC200L 30amp connector to my camper’s 30amp in using the same charging cable.
- Tried connecting to one of the AC200L’s regular AC outlet using my dogbone adapter.
My camper’s inverter is off.
Thanks for any advice/insight

Hi @davdkchan, This issue is indeed a bit complex. We’ve already discussed it with our engineers and development team, but we haven’t reached a conclusion yet.
Could you please direct message us, provide your order number and email address? We will contact you once we have an update.
Did this ever get resolved? Was it the revese polarity issue?

Hello, was this resolved? I am having the same issue with my Thor Scope 2023 18m. If I cant use the 30 amp to my van I will unfortunately have to return the item.
Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi @Kennyg85, We would like to know which region you are in, what the local voltage is, and which country version of the AC200L you are using.
Additionally, would enabling the power lifting mode be helpful for your situation?
We look forward to your feedback.
Bluetti Model: AC200L
Van (RV) Model: 2022 Thor Scope 18M
RV House App: BMPro
Reference #: 351747
I am experiencing issues with my Bluetti AC200L unit. When I attempt to power my van using the 30-amp source, the in-house app that controls the van’s electronics (BMPro) reports a “Shore Power Fault.”
- I have included pictures showing the connections and the battery interface, as well as a screenshot of the BMPro app error.
- The battery firmware is up to date.
- The Bluetti battery successfully powers appliances.
- My van is able to receive power from other sources without issue.
Thank you,
Kenny Rojes

Hi @Kennyg85, Thank you for providing the detailed information.
The maximum AC output of the AC200L can reach 2400W. If you require an output of 30A, the voltage will only be 80V.
We recommend that you gradually reduce the current and observe whether your truck can complete the charging process.
Additionally, would enabling the power lifting mode be helpful for your situation?
We look forward to your feedback.
