So I purchased a Bluetti ac180 about 7 months ago - well now it wont turn on at all. support had me leave it plugged overnight then plug it into a cigarette outlet for 45 mins and still wont turn back on so now they have me send it back via FedEx - except Fedex will not accept the package. I live in USA and fedex says it is a regulated item and requires a person who is certified and has hazard materials certification to package that before they accept it…i have never heard such a thing = anyone else experienced this before? I am having serious buyer’s remorse.

In the U.S., we frequently use FedEx for returns, and there are usually no issues.
However, some FedEx locations may not accept batteries.
