I need some help!

Thanks!

Hello!

Are you referring to being unable to switch operating modes? If possible, could you please provide us with a screen recording so we can help you check the issue?

Thank you!

I wish to set up custom time intervals in the UPS mode.

The downloaded Bluetti app does not offer the expected Time Control Mode in the Settings Menu.

I wish to charge from the grid between 0000 and 0700, discharge between 0700 and 1000; charge from the grid between 1000 and 1700, discharge between 1700 and 2000, and finally charge from the grid between 2000 and 2359.

The listing above details the offerings in the Settings Menu. I cannot change the working mode from backup. Since the necessary Time Control Mode does not show in the Bluetti app I expect there is configuration setting I have missed.

Hello, you can switch to time-controlled UPS mode in the “working mode” section.

Back to the beginning!!!

The Bluetti app on my iPhone does not give any options to switch and does not offer the ability to set time intervals in the UPS mode.

I suspect it is a configuration issue . . . perhaps if I switched to Wi-Fi only comms with the Apex 300?
