Servers Status

Suddenly had my AC300 drop connectivity to the server here in the UK. It is connected to my WiFi with an IP address and if I resort to Bluetooth I can access all the functions - just not via the cloud.- it tells me no server connection. Is there a webpage with the status of the Bluetti cloud servers as this would be the prime suspect?

Yes it was restored a few hours later thank you. Visibility of server status would be of great benefit in future if possible
