Server Connection Issues with Bluetti Servers

Is anyone else having issues with the app showing the Apex 300 grayed out? When I pick reset wifi it shows everything is fine except with the connection to the Bluetti Server. This has been an issue for me since day one. For the first few months of having the Apex, it was like clockwork and always started around 9am ET and would last roughly an hour. I just assumed that this was their window for server maintenance. Now it seems like it is way more frequent and more sporadic. I really wish Bluetti would fix all these little issues in the app that seem to affect so many.

Hello, I am sorry about you encounter this question, can you tell me your sn code?

Thanks for the response, so I just received a batch of firmware updates, This was for everything, BMS, IOT, ARM and the DSP. Many were 3 or 4 revisions up. I just completed the upgrades and will see what happens. If I am still having connectivity problems to the server I will let you know soon and provide the SN info requested.

So the connectivity issue seems like it has improved. However self consumption mode (u guys should call this Solar Maximization) is now not working correctly. I have my target SOC set 60%, my actually battery level is at 98% charge, and yet everytime my fridge turns on it draws the same amount from the grid even though I have solar incoming and am well above target. Bluetti, really please you guys need to get it together on the app and firmware. You are truly hindering the Apex with the one step forward two steps back patching of firmware. Very frustrating.

IOT 8026.13
ARM 2204.13
DSP 2174.13
BMS 1073.07

I have shut the unit down and did a restart but not working like how it was 2 days ago, prior to the firmware downgrades!!!
