Server connection failed

On the app, when I go to MY DEVICES, it shows % of battery charged. However when I click on the AC300, it says "server connection failed. Please try again later and an option to click Bluetooth or Cancel.
When I check the settings on the AC300 main screen it shows wifi ON and Connected. So is the server connection failed message a problem with the Bluetti’s server?
Anyone have similar problems? Thanks

Hi @Tahome

Did you try to setup wifi again? I do have this problem in rare cases too and just reconfigure the wifi over the App worked great in the past.

greetings
Erik

I’ve been having this issue several times a day.
I can see the device connected to wifi just fine (I see this by looking at my router’s connected devices, and network status).
Yet I also see this error message for no apparent reason.
Sometimes the restarting the app helps, but usually not.
Eg i’ve been experiencing this for the last 15 minutes, with multiple app restarts, and my bluetti device is properly connected to the internet (per the router connections) and my internet is working fine (per my being able to write and send this message).
@BLUETTI, any thoughts on what causes this, or how to fix it?

Try a reboot. I find that solves a couple of problems, from connecting bluetooth to problems with the display.

The system will tell you to disconnect solar and wall outlet power and turn off AC and DC.
You can also wait until dark so you won’t have to disconnect solar panels.
So just hit the power button and let it shut down for a moment or two, then power up again.
.
If you’re having Bluetooth connection problems, make sure another device is not connected at the same time. My iphone hijacks Bluetooth from my ipad every chance it gets. It wants priority access for some reason. (I use my ipad for monitoring my Bluetti.)

Hi @jCs, Regarding this issue, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Try updating the Bluetti app to the latest version, and also perform a factory reset.
  2. Please update the IOT to the latest version.
  3. Could you try using another phone? It could be a phone model limitation that affects functionality, and it may also impact Wi-Fi performance.
  4. If none of these steps help, please provide a screenshot of the error message from your phone, along with the phone’s model, system version, app version, and the SN number and firmware information of your AC300.

Thank you for @St8kout’s kind advice.
