I was looking for the serial number of my AC180. It has 2 numbers on it.
A QR code which starts with AC180024…, what i assume is the serial number and there is second number underneath. Also a QR code with 20 characters.
Which one is the serial number and what is the second one? Is this a repair number maybe?

Do you have your AC180 paired to the App on your phone? If so, go to Settings, I’ve screenshot one of my units below, it’s ringed in red. (For security reasons I’ve erased my ser no.)
It should read AC180 followed by 13 numbers or similar.
Note. I’ve renamed the unit to AC180-1 as I have 3 of them. However the serial number remains untouched. If I remember correctly, the name was originally the serial number. It’s been a while, lol.
