Serial number for B300S?

I’m wondering where to find an individual serial number for the B300S.
.
At the side there are two stickers with product (?) numbers only:
P/N: 17.0301.1029-01A1 on the one
and
P/N: 17.0301.1030-01A1 on the other
.
Identical for all batteries.

Have you tried finding them in the Bluetti app, if you can run that? It looks like the app can’t do that.


There should be a sticker on the bottom of your batteries with a barcode. I always assumed this was the serial number. Here @BLUETTI says battery packs do not have serial numbers.

I just checked. The Bluetti does not show any serial number for the B300 or B300s batteries.

Assumed a battery is faulty: How to make a complaint for this battery
if there is no way to exactly specify it? Then any (other) defect battery,
even an old(er) one without warranty, could be returned for repair/exchange.

@Bluetti shurely has the possibility to check - maybe also by a remote control?

just wondering, if you connect the B300S to a AC500 right now? In the section of BMS Update, can you see the B300S there? Atleast for my B210 thats running with AC200L, i can find a SN this way.

There is acually no QR Code, because the expansion batterys cant be used stand alone with the bluetti app. They always need a host machine to do firmware updates etc.

Contact Bluetti Support. They can give you a set of instructions to test the B300s battery through the AC500 controller. I had a situation a month after receiving my AC300 and B300 in September 2022 and with those steps I discovered that the AC300 had the battery controller damaged. They sent me a replacement AC300 which has been operational for two years. The B300 battery has not failed.
