I just bought my AC180 got it yesterday tried to power it up but the screen will not come on. Plugged it in 2 different plugs, got a volt meter and there is 121 volts coming out of the power cord to AC180 plugged in and out made sure it was all the way plugged left it plugged in all night screen will not come on
Hi @FBG1956 sorry to hear you are having some problems.
Can you bind and see the AC180 in the app if you can update the firmware you don’t need the screen to be on to perform these steps. When it’s all updated check the screen again (hope it comes on ) but is it doesn’t you would need to contact @BLUETTI_CARE with your sn and firmware versions to see if there is a custom version of the firmware that could be pushed to sort your problem. If not I think it might be needing a repair I’m afraid.
