I just had 2 Rich Mega 250 Watt solar panels installed on my van roof and plugged in to my AC300/B300. It rained the next 2 days so when the screen read 0 PV input, I didnt worry about it. The last 3 sunny days, the panels are working great, but it still registers 0 PV input on the screen. Can someone tell me whats wrong?
Curious how you determined the panels are working great but show no PV input.
Because the percentage of charge goes up thru out the day. When I plug in to shoreline, the AC side will tell me what I’m pulling in. The PV input side just says zero all day when i’m just on the panels. The percentage tells me its working, I would just like to see what the panels are actually pulling in.
@Sheryl Are the solar panels connected to the battery pack? If yes, it will not display the PV input on the AC300.
I do believe They ARE connected to the battery pack! I will check this later today and post. Thank you so much.
If I move the connection to AC300, will the battery pack still charge also?
Yes, it will charge the battery pack via the AC300. I have an AC300 and 4 B300 batteries, and I only have solar connected to the AC300 directly, and none to the individual batteries.
Thank you so much! My world is back in order now. :)
