I appreciate Silent mode for it’s kindness to both the batteries and my ears. I would like some way to remove the limit when charging from just solar - it’s hard limited by the 1,200W solar restriction anyway. It’s not often my solar production exceeds 800W but I’d like to make the most of the conditions when I can while keeping Silent mode for overnight grid top-up.
Or, perhaps the ability to change mode can be made available via, say, Home Assistant?
Hello, the PV silent mode of AC200L is limited to 800W, so even if you turn on the silent mode, your energy is not wasted.

What I’m thinking is an automated option for ‘Standard’ mode, 1200W when charging from PV, which would switch to ‘Silent’ (or whatever the user chooses) when charging from Grid.
Currently, I manually switch to Standard when I notice high solar input (*) and switch back to Silent when solar is low or zero and grid will be required
(*) It’s not much extra in my case, but seeing the big number makes me feel good and allows me judge just how much extra energy I could be storing if I buy an extra battery.
