Hi @sjackson78, BMS is our Battery Management System, which is a type of software and cannot be replaced. Would you like to upgrade to the latest BMS firmware?
Or have you disassembled the EB3A and want to replace its components? We’re sorry, but we do not support such services. We would like to know what issues your EB3A is experiencing. Could you please take photos and send them to us for further analysis?
The device will not turn on. It will if you plug in the 12v or 120V, but if you turn on “DC” is gets a short error. If you remove power anytime it instantly shuts off. I have checked all the 3.2 V cells, and they are all charged. I am also seeing 24.x volts from the batter pack, but nothing out of it at all. I found out the person left this plugged into the 120V for about 8 months straight, then would not work . My best guess, since I am getting power to the battery, but not out, that the BMS has failed.
Hi @sjackson78, Please note that the BMS board does not support self-replacement by customers, as it is glued to the battery pack and can only be replaced by professionals using specialized tools.
We would like to know the SN code and firmware version of the EB3A. Have you upgraded it to the latest version?
We recommend that you measure the voltage of each individual battery cell and the total voltage according to this link.

If the voltage difference between individual cells is large, it means the battery pack is damaged and cannot be repaired.
If the voltage difference is small, replacing the main board will work. Please click on my profile picture to contact us via private message and provide the order information, and we will apply for a discount for your out-of-warranty repair.
I there is not option to contact via private message
The google drive link does not work
The QR code on the back reads EB3A2228002659275
All cells are within .1 volts. They are very balanced, that is why I said the pack is good.
I have not updated the firmware, if you think that would help I can try. might as well try all options.
I am confident I can change the BMS, if given parts and required glue.
Thanks,
-Scott

@Selfmadestrom Thanks Eric, I have already done that procedure and they are within .1 volts of each other.
