I’ve been communicating via email with Grace @ BLUETTI regarding a problem with WiFi connection and how to purchase a replacement AC300 15 Amp AC power cord ( lost mine on a job site). We’ve exchanged 6 email messages so far and she doesn’t seem to understand I simply need a replacement part, not allot of troubleshooting information.
I’ve also been told my IoT should be updated and the latest version was “pushed to my app”. The only firmware update available on my app is the BMS, which is up to date. Hoping a forum administrator can offer some help as I currently have no means to power / charge my AC300 / B300 system. Thank you!
