I have the EB3A and am considering buying a Renogy 100w kit that I plan on using on my teardrop camper that I’m currently building. Can the kit be used with my EB3A? What cables do I need to make it work?
Yes the Renogy 100W will work with the EB3A, it has a 200W max input. The EB3A comes with a solar cable, one end fits into the power station, the other has MC4 connectors. You need to fit MC4 plugs (correct polarity) to the solar panel output cables, with no other solar controller in the mix. Then just plug the panel to the provided patch lead. I would suggest 2 x 100W panels wired in parallel to get the best input the power station will accept.
