Will the green light come on my Max200 on a cloudy day? I’ve plugged everything in as usual and it is not coming on.
@dlute Under normal circumstances, AC200MAX will automatically turn on when receiving solar energy. If the sunlight is not strong enough, AC200MAX may not be activated.
did you ground your panels? Static & grounding can interfere with MPPT wake-on-voltage… typical issue on boats where you need to balance corrosion and floating ground.

Grounding has nothing to do with the charging behavior of the device.
Only solar panel frames and brackets are grounded for lightning protection
