Question Regarding Order Processing and Shipping

Hello Bluetti team,

I would like to ask for clarification regarding my order SPF-EU-53505.

On January 22, 2026, I placed an order on your website for BLUETTI AC180 Portable Power Station | 1800W 1152Wh. At the time of purchase, the website stated that order processing takes 1–3 business days.

However, yesterday I noticed that this product is now marked as “Pre-order” on your website. Because of this, I would like to kindly ask how long I should expect to wait before my order is shipped.

The current situation with electricity in Ukraine is very difficult, and I ordered this power station specifically to help cope with frequent power outages. That is why the delivery timeline is very important to me.

I would really appreciate any update or clarification regarding my order.
