Dear Bluetti. I have a question about your manufacturer’s warranty when buying from third party (re)sellers.
I fully understand the above in your quoted text. I also understand that the first route of warranty always is via the seller.
I made two purchases of genuine and new Bluetti products via legit Bluetti resellers. I have no idea if these resellers are authorized or not. It’s these two stores:
Both stores sell multiple brands, not just Bluetti. Both stores have KVK and VAT registrations in The Netherlands and are legit stores. I got all invoices and I am the original buyer.
I’m happy with my products and they’re working perfectly fine. However, if I ever need warranty at a later time, and I can’t get it through my resellers for whatever reasons, and my products are still within their 4 years of warranty: Can I get manufacturer’s warranty from Bluetti or not? We all know that resellers may go out of business or that customers may not be able to get warranry via their resellers as they should for whatever reason. In those cases it would be nice that customers can still rely on their Bluetti manufacturer’s warranty as fallback.

Thank you for your attention to the warranty policy.
According to the support team, if your BLUETTI was purchased from a third-party dealer that is not an official BLUETTI store, you will need to provide the original purchase receipt. After the support team confirms that it is an authorized dealer, you can proceed with after-sales service.
If it cannot be confirmed as an authorized dealer, you will still need to go to the dealer for after-sales service.
After I confirmed with the support team that the two websites you provided, the first one is our authorized reseller and the second one the support team could not confirm. Thanks.
Just as an idea: Why not publish the list of authorized dealers on the Bluetti Website? So everyone can have a look at it, if a webshop is a legit source to buy Bluetti Products from

The distributors we collaborate with often change; moreover, the distributor business is B2B, while our official website and other official shopping platforms are B2C, which are positioned differently. Distributors are considered internal business information, and typically, distributors do not wish for the brand to make it public; therefore, we cannot provide a public list. We hope for your kind understanding.
