Question about AC200MAX DC charging by battery using 'other'

I have the AC200MAX and while charging from a battery/car is not something I plan to do often, I do want to be prepared to do it if needed. The manual states when car charging using ‘Other’, the voltage input is 11.5-14.5V. My question is, will it stop charging when the voltage drops below 11.5 ? The input voltage range suggestions it might, but I don’t want to assume anything and end up possibly damaging a lead acid battery.
Thanks,
Richard

If the input voltage is lower than the rated value, it will not charge. However, it will not damage the battery.
