PV Power on touch button inoperative

AC200Max, + 350w solar panel set - the touch screen ‘button’ for ‘PV power’ doesnt respond at all, only the ‘Other power’ ‘button’ is active, although the unit is charging from the panels anyway. Am I missing something?

@Aggie1 Please provide me with the SN and the firmware version of AC200MAX, and then we can check if there is a firmware that can solve this problem.

If I remember correctly, you can’t change between PV and Other while charging. Try disconnecting the input and see if it reponds.

@Aggie1 Are you switching between PV charging mode and other charging modes when charging it?

The ARM firmware has been pushed, please update it to 4008.09 and check if the problem can be solved.

I agree, unplug your solar panel input and see if you can now change.

Yes! Disconnecting the panels worked, I can switch between PV and Other now. I had no idea about that, so much obliged to you all for your helpful replies. This forum is way more useful than the instruction manual!
