Product offline, but shows wifi server status connected in app

Hi All,

I have an issue with my Bluetti App / BLUETTI Elite 100 V2 . I set everything up through Bluetooth and setup the wifi on my Bluetti. It is running on a 2.4 network. The wifi symbol on the unit is blue.

On my Bluetti App it always shows offline. Two curious items though. 1. When I use bluetooth to get into the device, it shows everything OK. Network Status connected, an IP Address, a strong network signal and server status connected.

  1. Every morning I get a iPhone Notification from the bluetti app saying the unit is fully charged.

Any idea on what the issue might be? I’m pretty sure the device is reporting everything correctly but somehow that is not reflected in the app. I assume if I have the device online I would be able to check the status of the bluetti when I am not near it.

Follow up question. Can I remotely turn on certain power ports? I don’t think so but that would be a nice feature. So have less important equipment plugged into AC port 1 as a UPS but in case of power failure turn that port off (to conserve power) but keep others active to charge certain devices.

I have a bit of a workaround (I think). I’d turn off AC output and just have DC power on to charge via USB C. Seems like a good idea but I’m not sure.

This is my first battery backup system so sorry if these are very simple and obvious questions from a newbie.

Cheers,
Philly

Hello,
Thank you for providing such a detailed description of the situation.
To allow our technical team to specifically investigate the issue you encountered [where the App shows offline but you can receive notifications], we need the following information to help pinpoint the problem:

  1. Device SN Code:
  2. Device Firmware Version: (Please check in the App after connecting via Bluetooth)
  3. Bluetti App Version Number:
  4. Your Phone Model:

[Regarding your two other questions]:

  1. Remote Control of Ports: Unfortunately, the Elite 100 V2 currently does not support remotely switching individual AC or DC ports on/off. You can only control the AC or DC output as a whole.
  2. Power-Saving Strategy: Your idea of “turning off AC output and only enabling DC output” is completely correct. It is an excellent method to maximize standby time.

Hi Bluetti Team,

Thank you for your help

  1. EL100V22522510898339

IoT80224.11
ARM v2186.14
DSP v2200.12
BMS v1083.07
3. 2.3.25
4. iPhone 13 mini iOS 18.6.2

Hope that helps. I did check and there are no other updates available for the Bluetti. It also has the blue wifi active on the display but when I check on the app it says offline.
