I tried to reach Bluetti sales Team via the email address sale-FR@bluettipower.com but no one answered me.

I did not receive invoices of my recent orders.
Can you help me to get in touch with them, please ?

I have always received my invoice in less than 5 days , no worries.

Bertrand, only by Email.
My fisrt EB70 in june 1 day after request.
My seconde EB70 2 days in august
My AC200MAX in october 4 days.

That’s why i am surprised
