Power unit switching off, AC200max

Bluetti Power Station (ser no.2310001148898)

My Bluetti won’t stay on. It is showing sometimes ,error code 043 (BMS low voltage) or error code 042 (BMS high voltage) It shows 100% charged and turns off. It has also shown 0% charged and turns off. It won’t stay on for it to charge with the AC adapter. Also tried with a 12 volt charger, no luck. I have tried to clear the error code without success, the main unit just turns off.

I have not used the Power station for a couple of months ,then it was charging ok from the ‘brick’ charger and solar panel.Because the unit does not stay on I cannot do anything ,for example firmware update.

I only bought the Power station in February 2024 and it does not function, I would like a solution to this problem.

Hi @Ian1, Based on the error codes, we believe that this AC200MAX has over-discharged, and the SOC (State of Charge) is incorrect.
We recommend disconnecting the load from the AC200MAX and using solar charging for an extended period to see if that helps. If the AC200MAX is connected to a B230/B300 battery pack, please disconnect the battery pack as well.

After fully charging the AC200MAX, try discharging it. Does it work? If it does, we suggest recalibrating the AC200MAX.
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:

  1. Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
  2. Please charge it again, please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while in charge.

Please let us know if it does help.
