Power Station positioning - upright or laying on the side

I have seen this question asked a few times, and could not easily find an official reply. However, some members on our FB group have asked if they can lay there portable power stations on its side. I dont know the side effects this could have, and I am thinking more from an operational and safety perspective.

If anyone technical from Bluetti has an answer, I will happily share this with our community once I get a complete answer. Thanks in advance.

All BLUETTI power stations are recommended to be placed and used facing forward. If it is placed upside/ lay down, prolonged use may lead to loosening of the structure, creating unknown risks.

Here is reviewer showing that he can place elite 400 on the back. Is this expected?

The product has feet in both the horizontal and vertical position so I would be inclined to believe it was designed to handle both orientations.

The Handsfrees also have the feet for upright or laid down :smiley:
