Power Station Fails to Recognize Incoming AC Power

I received an alert the unit was down to 19%. I rushed home thinking a circuit had tripped, but the outlet was fine. The power station showed zero incoming watts. I unplugged the unit, now at 2%, and moved to another room and plugged it in. It still showed zero incoming watts. I pressed the power button to turn the display off and back on. I then pressed the AC button to turn the grid off, and then pressed again. This time the unit began showing incoming watts of 1335 and started charging. Any idea why the unit stopped receiving incoming power? Very problematic for me, since I use the unit as a UPS for my reef tank.

If it helps, the power station provides power to my saltwater reef tank. I noticed that when the incoming AC “stopped” my tank had been pulling 900 watts and the heater turned off which was 600 watts.
