For the first time I am getting an OVERLOAD error. Same devices I have had plugged into the unit for months, nothing has changed and no additional sources have been plugged in. I unplugged the unit and even with nothing plugged in the OVERLOAD error still displays.
What is the type of Bluetti device you get the overload error with?
Welcome to the forum @Bridgetti sorry to hear you are having some trouble could you possibly provide more information, what device are u using and. What do you have connected to it
Hi, thank you! :). I have an EB3A. After leaving the unit unplugged for a couple of hours it seems to have self corrected the error.
Hi, thank you, I have an EB3A. Switching it off for a couple of hours seem to have fixed the error. I have my laptop, monitor and speaker plugged in. Nothing else was plugged in that could have caused an overload.
Hi @Bridgetti, We are glad to hear that restarting resolved the issue. Could you please provide the SN code and current firmware version of your EB3A? We will check if there is any firmware update that could fix the problem.
Thank you to @TheQuickFox and @Ktt for their help.
By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
Thanks so much! :) appreciate the quick help.

Glad its all resolved. Could have just been a wee glitch might have been the elf’s misbehaving they are bad at this time of year.
Hi @Bridgetti, We have confirmed that your firmware is already up to date, so no further upgrades are necessary.
We guess that this issue might be related to the ambient temperature. Please place the EB3A in a temperature-controlled indoor environment.

Hi,
@Scott-Benson, @BLUETTI_CARE, the error occurred again. I switched the unit off again. I just logged into the app and see Error A005 Inverter Output fault.
Thanks
B
Hi @Bridgetti, For this issue, we recommend disconnecting all loads and restarting the unit to test whether the error persists without any load.
Does it help?
If the error still occurs, it is likely a hardware issue, and you will need to contact customer support to arrange for repair services.
