I noticed, almost by accident, after connecting an LED lamp that had burned out. When I measured the output voltage with both an analog and digital tester, it was around 410 volts.
Is it most likely a fault, or do you think it could be a software issue? I strongly doubt the latter.
@ros2elc
Once the machine exceeds its rated output power, it should report an error and shut down the output. It will not continue to output and burn out your light bulb.
Can you provide relevant pictures or screenshots so that the team @BLUETTI_CARE can better help you troubleshoot the problem?
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the device is now completely disassembled. We replaced some degraded electrolytic capacitors, but to no avail. However, the message “overload” appeared on the display, which disappeared after a firmware update. However, the output continues to provide 410 volts, and when you connect a lamp, it continues to supply power until it burns out.
