OK - I have managed to tear off one of the battery expansion outlet covers on my AC500. Is there a way to procure a new one?
Are you referring to the rubber dust cover flap that covers the opening on the side where you plug the battery cables in?

Did you actually tear it or simply pull it out of the small slot that holds it? It’s kind of a press fit pushed into a small slot. I find they get in the way and have been tempted to remove them, but that’s me. I can only guess you want them as dust covers while storing your AC500 away in a closet or something, otherwise it just gets in the way when you’re trying to plug in a battery cable.
