Order still not sent

I ordered a B300K battery a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped.
My order has already been debited via Paypal.

Oddly enough I ordered a multimeter 2 days ago with my Bluetti points and they just shipped it.

So, I’m wondering if my order for my battery is blocked.

I sent an email to the sales department but I have not heard back.
