"Operation" to save the private "Bluetti Elite 100 V2"

@BLUETTI_CARE As I wrote earlier, the warranty of my station from the store is valid until December 23, 2025. There is not much time left - it will potentially fail soon. Therefore, I am trying to save it as soon as possible.

After purchasing, I received it on 11/23/2025. When I first turned it on, it had 33% charge. I charged it to 100 in “standard charging” mode.
Updated the firmware. Then I put it down to 0, and charged it again to 100% in “standard charging” mode.

Everything worked fine, like dozens of people in Ukraine who have already broken this model (mostly during the period of use of three weeks-a month). I will add that due to the shelling of the energy infrastructure by the occupiers in Ukraine, the network is unstable, below 190V the station no longer charges and signals a charging error.

Two weeks have passed. Due to thoughts about “battery and accumulator imbalance”, I decided to charge the Bluetti Elite 100 V2 on December 6 with a current of 1A (the power was 230 W). After discharging - before charging - it just stood for two hours to cool the battery.
Due to RF strikes, we had no electricity. Fortunately, relatives provided for use a Bluetti AC180P station. I decided to charge it with it so that there would be no interruption, so the voltage and power were the same during the charging process. (AC and DC, of course, were turned off, the process took place without any load).

From 0 to 100, my Bluetti Elite 100 V2 was charged in about 8 hours (from 99% to 100%, the charge took a few minutes). On both devices, the wattmeter was already showing 0. I didn’t have a wattmeter in the outlet at hand to check that there was no more consumption, so I left it for another three hours (maybe something was still balancing, recharging). While the device is working, I plan to charge the station in the mode from 20% to 95% (charge-discharge).

@BLUETTI_CARE , did I do everything correctly, is there something in my actions that could disable the station???

Please provide prompt recommendations on what else to do so that I can use this device for a long time, like other Bluetti models.

In addition, I don’t know if the Bluetti Elite 100 V2 stations failed for people who didn’t update the firmware at all, but used the “factory” version. This is also an interesting question…right?

We have had more blackouts since December 6-7, so we will have to use the station.
I will continue to add information if I have updates.

Try “Self adapt mode” when charging.

Firmware updates are optional. If everything works, there is no need to update the firmware, unless you want new features

@Selfmadestrom Please tell me, is it possible to reset the station to “factory settings” if I see that it has started working differently than before? Is it safe?

Factory Settings will reset all settings made by the user and set it to the settings than come pre configured. Also all Statistics will be removed. Thats all. Its safe to use.

I enabled this mode, but I try to charge the device when the network is more stable - at least 200V, not 190V.

Thank you! Now I know.

Hi @Nicholas, we fully understand your concerns and have also responded to your question in another thread.
While we are unable to provide direct repair services for devices in Ukraine, we will continue to provide technical support throughout. We have been closely monitoring the issue you mentioned and compiling relevant feedback.
We confirm that your operation is completely correct.
@Selfmadestrom’s explanation is absolutely accurate: in areas with unstable grid power, please prioritize using the Grid Self-adaption mode and solar charging.
Once we complete the development of the latest firmware, it will be pushed to your device promptly.
