Operating AC200Max when is it on its back.

Is it safe to operate the AC200Max when it is laying on its back instead of upright, due to space in my RV it will only fit laying down on its back, is this safe practice or should I keep it upright?
It has free space for the fans to operate.
Thanks for any replies.

If the AC200MAX is not working (off), it can be laid down.
However, if AC200MAX is turned on, it cannot be laid down, and needs to be placed face up.

Hello,
I also have an AC 200 Max and 2 x B230 battery packs. I have emailed your company a few times to ask if I could put the AC 200 Max main unit on its back because I want to store it in a Pelican case. But each time I was told it cannot go on its back. Now that I read this article you say it can go on its back. This is very confusing can you please reply to me and let me know one way or the other. Thank you.

They do not see every post, you need to use @BLUETTI to get their attention.

Based on their post, it seems you can store the AC200MAX on it’s back as long as it’s off.

@rgb is correct, and thank you for the reminder as well.

Thank you for the information. However I still don’t know why I was told I could not do it each time I emailed your company three times in a row. So as it stands now the score is three no’s and one yes. I wish everyone was on the same page. Jim.
