My b300k is not charging. Solar panels are plugged in and also plugged into wall socket. Voltage input shows 21.7 from solar panels and 122.2 from the wall socket however, after four hours, it is still at 0% charge. What should I do next.

You mean the LEDs on B300K are all off? Is the LED for the Power-button on?
What is the connected unit show for the B300K?

Could you please record a video, upload it to a cloud service like Google Drive or Apple iCloud, and share the link with us so we can see the specific situation?
I also have a B300k that is not charging. It’s connected to a AC500. Also have a two B300 configured B300+B300 then B300.
AC500 is on and B300k on light is on. Error message
BMS communication error.
Hi @Velaz, Based on the error code, we are concerned that the cable between the AC500 and B300K may not be properly connected and locked.
Could you please double-check? If you have any spare cables, we recommend testing them to see if the issue lies with the cable.
