No option to download firmware updates

I have AC500 + B300s and, I can’t update firmware via the mobile app because there is no option to download updates but the new version is available. Also, I use a Bluetooth connection to update the firmware

Here is a screenshot from the app. As you can see a new version of firmware is available but no option to download it

Hi there,
I just had that same problem. You need to connect via Bluetooth to your AC500.

  • My devices
  • Click AC500
  • if it asks bluetooth or cloud, click bluetooth
  • click settings icon
  • you will see Firmware update (your phone needs to be connected to the internet through wifi)
  • then you’ll see another screen with all the updates.
    Otherwise you can ask for an update install guide at support for a detailed step-by-step guide.

You have to create a Bluetti account and be logged in the app, the update option is not available otherwise.
