New software but can’t download

Hi, apex300 , says new version available, click next , then the next page shows 3 things: AR,. DSP, BMS but no place to click to do the download …thanks

Are you using the App to do this? and, is the Apex 300 turned on?
Is the App up to date?

Not sure on this one, but go to your original post and insert the @ Bluetti_care before your Question. If you type the @ symbol you should see a drop down dialogue box where you can select it. :slight_smile: It may not tag at the end of your reply. By using the dialogue box it is all upper case and typed for you. The same applies if you want to tag other posters as they will see a response directed at them.

Make sure you are connected using Bluetooth and not Wifi. Firmware updates can only be done over Bluetooth.

@Snowstorm’s analysis is very helpful — if you’re connected via Wi-Fi, the firmware upgrade won’t work. Please switch to a Bluetooth connection and try again. If that doesn’t help, please provide a screenshot of the upgrade page, along with your Apex 300’s SN code and current firmware version.
