I just bought an EP500 Pro but I can’t get it to turn any output on whether it’s AC or DC. The power station otherwise works fine, it charges, etc. but I can’t use it.
I also have a padlock in the top left corner of the screen, as well as the settings section of the screen shows a “PAYGO_STATE”, which has got 0 time remaining. Does anyone know what can I do to start using it?
Bluetti UK hotline is not available, and I haven’t received a response for my e-mails. Terrible customer service so far…

Due to the holiday, we failed to reply to your email in time. Additionally, the phone lines were congested, causing you to be unable to get through.
We have now replied to your email. From the error alarm, it appears that this machine was obtained through leasing, and since the lease has expired, all functions have been locked and cannot be used.
If you have already purchased it from the leasing company, you need to provide the PAYGO ID and proof of full payment. Please send them via email so that we can make arrangements for you.

We also discussed this with the eBay seller, who told us that this batch is a cooperative version for PayGo. However, they are still brand-new units, and they can be used normally once unbound.
Now they have contacted you on the eBay platform and arranged for the device to be unlocked.
