Just upgraded to the new Bluetti app. Found a Download icon in the Energy Stats area.
Have downloaded this month from an Android phone, But nothing from my iPhone.
Also tried out the stats for all of last month.
Still waiting for an eMail. oops.
Would be fantastic if me had MQTT so I could integrate all my Ep760 data into Home Assistant.
Tom
there is a unofficial MQTT Plugin for the HomeAssistant Server, that allow you to connect your units by bluetooth. At the moment, the bluetooth module is encrypted, but soon there will be a update for it to use again with HomeAssistant.
That you cant download the stats on iPhone seems like a bug in the IOS App.
@BLUETTI_CARE Could you forward this to the App department?
Hi @TomD, Please follow @Selfmadestrom’s advice and provide the SN code of your EP760 so that we can unlock the Bluetooth function for you.
It seems you have already contacted our customer service team but have not yet received a response; is that correct? Please provide us with your service ticket number, and we will urge the technical department to reply to your email promptly.
@BLUETTI_CARE Just as a little question from my side. Do you actual mean to unlock a MQTT Function or just unlock the Bluetooth function for the use in HomeAssistant?
Native MQTT integration would be really interesting, for all units. That would make things far less complicated.
Hi @Selfmadestrom, I apologize for the lack of precision in my description; I have updated my response.
Yes, this upgrade primarily involves Bluetooth unlocking partial functionality.
If customers require it, please provide the SN code to enable this feature.
