New AC300 dead on arrival

Our new AC300+2 B300, arrived with no package damage; all seem to be good. However the AC300 does not respond to the ON/OFF button; pressing for one or 5 seconds makes no difference. No power; the screen is blank. Am I missing something? or the AC300 is just dead?
Both B300 units seem to be ok; pressing the ON/OFF button powers up with green lights.

Please verify the cable connection between the AC300 and the B300. The cable needs to click in place and you need to put the switch on the cable into the locked position.

Would the AC300 work without a B300? If so, the selfstanding AC300 unit does not go ON after pressing the ON/OFF button.

When conected to 2 B300 units, and after pressing the ON/OFF button on the AC300, both B300s turn on, but the AC300 remains off, no screen, no green lights.

Thanks

The AC300 does not have an internal battery and will not work without at least one external battery connected. Try connecting the AC300 to one of your B300 batteries at a time:

Your AC300 + B300 cable 1 + B300 battery 1.
Your AC300 + B300 cable 2 + B300 battery 2.

In this way you make sure there is not a problem with your battery or battery cable.
Make sure the cable clicks in position and you put the switch on the battery cable in the locked position on both ends.

You can also try to charge your AC300 via the A/C utility power cable.

Now your AC300 should turn on if you press the power button. The LED in the AC300 power button should become green after 5 seconds and the screen should turn on. If you checked all of this and your AC300 is still not turning on, contact Bluetti support for further help or repair.

Okay, now you can try to connect the second battery to your AC300. Connect each B300 directly to your AC300 and make sure the battery cable switches click in place and are put in the locked position.

If you want to stack your system. Make sure to place the batteries under and the AC300 on top.
