My issue is two fold. First, the car charger gets extremely hot. The plug in piece itself gets so hot it was about to melt. Could there be something I am doing wrong? Second, after looking at the hot piece, I had messed with it so much that the end cam unscrewed and the nub end fell out. I found the nub and put it back together. Apparently, however, there was a spring that I cannot find as the nub no longer sticks out. Does anyone have suggestions. I have thought, pen spring, but if Bluetti sells parts, I wuld rether get proper part. Anyone have the name of these springs or if it is even really a spring?
Hi @GGisGoGirl , Regarding this issue, I suspect that the car charging cable might have a poor connection and needs to be replaced. Could you please provide the order number so we can arrange further service for you?
