New AC180P charging station error E074.

New AC180P charging station (AC180P2432000305773) stopped charging from AC mains. When connected to AC mains, TEMP error appears on the display, in the phone the application shows error E074. In SOC there are also two errors P023 and P004. The temperature in the room is 21-23 degrees.

We’d like to know if this AC180P has been kept in a warm indoor environment. What is the battery level displayed on the screen? If it’s above 0, could you try connecting a high-power AC device? This can help determine whether the internal battery temperature is too low.

We recommend disconnecting all connections, turn off the AC180P, letting it sit for 3 hours, and then powering it back on and charging it. Did this help?
By the way, we wonder if the AC180P will turn off automatically after the alarm.

  1. The battery charge on the screen shows 92%.
  2. When the battery charge was 95%, I tried to connect an 800 watt AC device, it worked for a few minutes, discharging the battery to 92%.
  3. I tried disconnecting all connections for 12 hours, it did not help, the device does not charge.
    The device is brand new, it worked only once, discharging the battery to 85%, then I charged it to 99% and this led to a TEMP error.
    I tried to activate automatic sleep, the device turned off the display after 30 seconds

Hi @Alekskrem, If the device is no longer charging, it is likely that the internal temperature control component is malfunctioning and unable to correctly detect the temperature. In this case, you’ll need to contact customer service for repair. By the way, we wonder which country you live in, we would like to exclude the grid’s problem.

The station was purchased in France, now it is in Ukraine.
Please let me know if there is service support and repair of this station in Ukraine.
