New AC180 LCD screen not working.

My AC180 arrived during the week. I downloaded the ap. All good. Charged it up via 240v and all good according to the ap details. Plugged the toaster in AC for a test this morning and again all worked fine

However, I cannot get the LCD to turn on. I’ve read the instructions. Tried short presses medium presses and very long presses on the green button. Nothing.

Have I missed something?.

The screen should light up as soon as you press the power button. If it doesn’t, I would reach out to @BLUETTI_CARE as the ribbon connecting the screen might have popped out during transit or something.

Welcome to the group @Chris99 i agree with @m.briney sound like you have just been unlucky. Just contact @BLUETTI_CARE they will get it sorted for you.

Just a last thought if you go into the app click top right settings and change auto sleep to never does it come on then also make sure all your updates are up to date.

It seems likely that this AC180 has run out of power, which is why it won’t turn on. Could you try charging the unit and then test it again?

Hi. Thanks for your interest. The unit is definitely fully charged and all 3 buttons light up when pressed. Ive succesfully tested an ac outlet and wireless charging. Ive also reset the unit to factory defaults and confirmed the firmware is current. The screen is dead right out of the box. This is my first Bluetti product but I was an early adopter of this type of tech some 5 years ago with both ecoflow, jackery and companion so so i fully understand how these units work. Not impressed so far but i guess someone has to be unlucky sometimes.
