All of a sudden I am not able to change the DC charge from other to PV on the touch screen so I am not able to charge using my solar panels. The AC/DC on and off on the touch screen is also not working but I can do it from the app. Everything else works fine. I am up to date on my firmware.
Is there an app that has all the most common setting so you can use the app instead of touch screen?
How can I fix it so I can select the PV to charge with solar panels?

Hi @Cherann, try powering the unit down and then disconnect any inputs or outputs. Turn the unit back on and see if you can then change the settings. DC input in particular cannot be changed if there is already an input source connected.
Hi @Cherann, You didn’t mention your model—could it be the AC200MAX?
If it is, please provide your SN code and the current ARM version. Also, let us know which country version your unit is from. We will then attempt to push a firmware upgrade.

Hi Cheryl, thank you for letting us know. @Cherann, Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. They will push the new firmware to your machine in 24 hours.
Please upgrade it tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
