**National Electricity + New SOC (Firmware Update) + Bluetti AC180**

National Electricity + New SOC (Firmware Update) + Bluetti AC180

  • I processed the calibration from charging it to 100% to discharging it to 0% and shutdown itself.
  • During the charging around 68% precisely, it took a very long time to hit 69%, 70% and 71% (It like forcing to charge IDK). In silent mode charging.
  • At 75% charging it charge normally (I guess) not so sure, when it hit 80% the national electricity went off and the sound from the AC180 “Click” and it suddenly shows 100%. It went from 80% to 100% right after the electricity went off… it’s less than a sec guys… how on hell it could be from 80% to 100% after the electricity went off while the it been charging at 80% ?
  • Something really not right about this new update firmware (SOC)…
  • At 71% it took very long to hit the next stage of charging… something seems to not work for my particular AC180 from this new firmware!!!.. I guest, I should made a another calibration this weekend to see.
  • Honestly, I think this new update is bad…though

Hi @JavaScript_t

Maybe yoou could help the support squad by providing the firmware number, that you freshly updatet and causes this problem right now?

In the calibration process, its normal that it might not show the expected behavior. After the calibration, it should charge and discharge really steady. Did you try it after the calibration cycle too?

greetings

I would try re running the calibration again especially after a power outage during the calibration and after you perform a firmware update it can upset the bms I would also change the charge speed to standard to shorten the calibration.
